    What can I expect when buying your bows?

    A: We are very committed to providing a qualty product that will last a long time.
    Being a mom of three very active children I know how to put my products to the test!
    The ribbon ends are sealed to prevent fraying and we use the best quality ribbons and hardware we can find.
    All hair bows are TRIPLE secured to a completely or partially lined barrette.
    If you have a problem with your bows or just have a suggestion please don't hesistate to contact us.

    Q: Wholesale
    Do you sell your bows on other websites or "Wholesale"?

    A: Yes, we do offer Wholesale prices on the majority of our bows. If you own a brick and mortar store or an online boutique please contact us for pricing.

    Q: Custom Orders
    Do you accept Custom orders?

    A: YES! If you do not see what you like please use the "Contact Us" button and let us know what you need. There is never an additional charge for custom work.

    Q: Shipping
    How will you ship my items?

    A: We ship with the United States Postal Service. For all orders under $30.00 the shipping is a flat rate of $2.50 and this also includes delivery confirmation.
    Orders $30.00 and OVER will ship for free via USPS Priority.

    Q: Payment
    What type of payments do you accept?

    A: At this time we accept all forms of paypal, Money orders and personal checks.
    If you are paying with a Money Order or Personal check please print out your invoice and mail along with payment.

    Q: Order Processing
    When can I expect my order?

    A: We will always do our best to get your order out as fast as possible. After we pick up and review your order, an e-mail will be sent letting you know the order is being processed. You will also receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped along with the confirmation number.

    Most orders ship out within 7 days of purchase unless notified.
